This was carved out across 2 layer in the pyramid. Each layer focused on a certain set of competencies aligned to business, culture and behaviors. A Global Automotive Company - Cultural Change
We were called in to enable a cultural change aligned to a defined set of behaviors, across multiple levels in the organization. We used 7S, OCTAPACE & 360s as tools in the change process. This involved series of interactive sessions, using open space to explore what were some of the key issues emerging & aligned it to multiple interventions across factory, managers and Leader levels. Leading change workshops were conducted with a blend of external and internal consultants, from mangers to factory floor to Directors. The interventions resulted in a higher level of engaged people in a new kind of business dialogue, it increased accountability, collaboration and enabled them to tweak their strategy & processes to grab market share.

This is path breaking work in the space of gender diversity in which their vision & strategy is to grow a gender diverse workforce.In their green field project, the first of its kind - is to have a large percentage of blue collar workforce to be women. We were engaged do a deep bench marking study with other manufacturing companies to study best practices on a variety of parameters. This has set the stage and pace for Leadership to make strategic decisions on the Talent strategy - assessing the ecosystem of the location, the Talent Mix, availability and other legalities.

We conducted a diagnostic across layers in the organization & shared this with HR and Senior Leadership. We designed a 3 year strategy around plugging the missing middle. We branded designed the strategy of bringing in women who desired to make a come back into the workforce & successfully implemented phase one of the journey. The client has recognized the need for structured initiatives with strong linkages into business & Talent strategy.
